Where we deliver We deliver right across Ireland, including major cities such as Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway, Waterford, Drogheda, Dundalk, Swords, Bray and Navan. What delivery costs Standard delivery is free on orders of €75 or more. Below that, a flat €25 delivery charge applies. Free delivery is based on your goods total after any discount code. The charge is shown in your cart before you pay. Express delivery Express Delivery is a paid upgrade you can pick in your cart. It costs a flat €25 for the whole order, and that charge applies even when your order already qualifies for free delivery. It goes by our fastest tracked service; we do not quote a separate delivery time for it. If you need an order by a particular date, email us before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable. How long it takes We handle and pack your order within 24 to 48 hours, and delivery then takes 5 to 7 days. Delivery time varies by location. Tracking Every order is sent tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can follow the parcel on our Track Your Parcel page. For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in separate packages. If your order does not arrive Tell us straight away at theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and we will sort it out. See our Refunds and Returns page for how we handle missing or damaged orders.",

"content": "Refunds and Returns Last updated 25 September 2026. This policy is reviewed periodically; if anything here is unclear, ask us before you order. Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Your rights under Irish law As a consumer in Ireland you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 that no policy can take away. Nothing on this site limits them, and if this page and the law differ, the law wins. The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (ccpc.ie) explains them in plain English. Cancelling an order before it ships You can cancel an order until it has shipped, and there is no charge for cancelling. Please email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number within 12 hours of ordering, because orders are handled within 24 to 48 hours. Once your order has shipped, you can still cancel under your legal right below. Your 14 day right to cancel Because you bought online, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, tell us by email at theteam@customersupport.care before the 14 days are up. You can use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us, to the address we give you. Return postage is at your cost. We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge you paid within 14 days of hearing from you. We may wait until the goods reach us, or until you show us proof you sent them. If you chose Express Delivery, the extra you paid over standard delivery is not refunded. You can handle the goods to see what they are like, as you would in a shop. If they come back used beyond that, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value. Our own 15 day returns policy On top of your legal right, you can also return a product within 15 days of the original purchase for an exchange or a refund, whether you found a better price, changed your mind, no longer need it or ordered the wrong item, as long as: it is in its original packaging; and you have the receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase from this website. Send it back tracked, at your own cost, to the warehouse your order was sent from. Email us first and we will tell you where. You get whichever window ends later: the 14 days from delivery or the 15 days from purchase. There is no deduction from your refund. Damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing orders Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, the goods you buy must match their description, be fit for purpose and be of satisfactory quality. If your order arrives damaged, has parts missing, is faulty or not as described, is the wrong item, or never arrives, tell us straight away and we will put it right with a repair, a replacement or a refund. You can also reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. We cover the return postage. We may ask for photographs of the item and the packaging, and we appreciate your help with that. How refunds are paid We normally process your refund 24 to 48 hours after the returned item reaches us, and always within the time the law allows. It goes back to your original payment method (your card or PayPal account), or we can hold it as credit for a future order if you ask. What we cannot accept We cannot accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers. None of this affects your rights under Irish law.
