Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use tritanglasses.irish and when you buy from Tritan Glassware Company Ireland, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. They should be read with our Shipping, Refunds and Returns, Privacy Policy and Limited Liability Indemnity pages, which form part of these terms.

Using this website

You may use this site to shop with us for your own purposes. You agree not to use it in any way that breaks the law, to send anything harmful through it, to try to get into our systems without permission, or to copy or exploit the site without our written permission. By using this site you confirm that you are 18 or older, or that you are using it with a parent or legal guardian.

Products and descriptions

We take care to describe our glassware accurately, including capacity and materials. Photographs are for illustration, and small differences can occur. If a detail you need is not on the product page, ask us before you buy.

Prices and discounts

All prices are in euro. The total shown at checkout, made up of the item prices and any delivery charge, is what we charge you. If we find an error in the price of an order you have placed, we will contact you before we dispatch it and ask whether you want to go ahead at the correct price. Discount codes take money off the goods only, never off delivery.

Ordering and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when we dispatch your order. You pay in full at checkout, by card through Stripe Checkout or by PayPal; your card details go straight to Stripe or PayPal and we never receive them. Once payment has cleared, orders are usually handled within 24 to 48 hours. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud, and if we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

Cancelling, returns and refunds

You can cancel an order until it has shipped, at no charge, and after that within 14 days of receiving the goods under your legal right to cancel. Our Refunds and Returns page sets out how.

Your rights under Irish law

As a consumer in Ireland you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 that no policy can take away. Nothing on this site limits them, and if this page and the law differ, the law wins. The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (ccpc.ie) explains them in plain English.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland can hear any dispute. This does not take away any protection you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
